Editorial policy
How the articles on this site are written, checked, signed and corrected.
How articles are written
Every article starts from a plan: the question it answers, the facts it has to check and the sources for them. The draft is produced in our content pipeline, which uses language models, and no article is typed straight into the site.
A draft goes live only after it has passed the checks below. The same checks run again on every translation.
The checks every article passes
Our own detector reads every draft before it is published, the same detector you use on this site.
Every figure and every statement about a platform, a tool or a rule is checked against the research collected for that article. A fact we cannot trace to a source is taken out.
Facts are checked before an article goes out, and the article carries the date it was last checked.
Who signs an article
Each article is signed by the member of our editorial team responsible for its topic.
The accuracy page and our methodology are signed by the company, not by a person, because they publish our own measured error rates.
Corrections
If a fact in an article is wrong or out of date, write to support@blurwrite.com. We answer within 24 hours, correct the article and update the date it was last checked.
No paid links
Articles carry no affiliate links and no paid placements. Comparisons include competitors, and where another tool fits a job better, the article says so.
No article promises to beat, bypass or fool a detector or an institution.
